WHISKEY FLOAT.
Prepare same as brandy float,substituting whis
key for brandy.
WHISKEY SOUR.
MIXING GLASS.—Two teaspoons fine sugar,
five dashes lemon juice, ^ wineglass seltzer. Fill
with fine ice, add one wineglass whiskey. Mix
well, strain into sour glass, add slice of lemon and
serve.
WHITE LION.
LARGE BAR GLASS.—Dissolve one tablespoon
fine sugar in water, juice and rind of half lemon,
two teaspoons raspberry syrup, one wineglass St.
Croix rum.^ pony Curacoa. Fill with fine ice,
mix well, dress with fruits and serve with straws.
