Mini-Circuits’ new ZADC-13-73+
wideband directional coupler
provides input power handling up
to 4W with DC current passing up
to 1A for applications from 2600 to
7000MHz including ISM, defense
communications and more. This
model provides 13dB coupling
with ±1.2dB coupling flatness, low
mainline loss of 0.9dB, 1.2:1 typical
VSWR, and 18dB directivity. The
coupler comes housed in a rugged
aluminum alloy case (2.0x2.0x0.75”)
with SMA connectors at all ports.

provides nominal coupling of 12.7dB
with ±0.5dB coupling flatness
over frequency. The coupler has
low mainline loss of 1.2dB, 15dB
directivity at mid-band, and RF
input power handling up to 1W. It
features core and wire construction
with a tiny footprint (0.16x0.15”)
and Mini-Circuits’ Top Hat® feature
to improve speed and accuracy of
pick-and-place assembly.

single-ended transformer with

return loss. The transformer comes
