Clubhouse

Bar sub floor projected finish date Saturday, April 16
th.

Bar electrical completed.
•
Bar plumbing drains are in place.
•
Bar drywall is completed. I will be purchasing primer on Friday, April 15
th
. Wall color needs to be
chosen for back bar area.
•
The ENTIRE club is a dusty mess! A great focus must be placed on cleaning the club during the
first Elite Brigade week.
•
The air hockey table and 2 video/arcade games will be put up for auction/sale in the FAN OUT.
Harbor & Grounds
– Bill Calihan
Brent Kahl of Ron's Marine has been contacted and will perform the septic pump out early May. He
asked that we have the new lawn mower delivered to his Anchor Bay Drive address and he would
deliver it to the club within three or four days after it is in his possession.
Pot of Gold will deliver a new porta potty or repair the existing one by April 15.
The garbage pickup will begin April 20th.
A revised weekly maintenance schedule for the grounds keeper was presented for the board’s review.
The Board gave the H&G director the ok to choose the person to fill the Grounds position based on the
agreed work list and timing.
