Conclusions

This enzymatic digestion LC-MS/MS method provides

. Method performance was demonstrated over 6 days in 14

different matrixes with three analysts and on two instruments.

Intermediate precision averaged 3.9% and over-spike recovery

was generally 95–105% for all four vitamins.
