2-Way 0° Splitter/Combiner
Accommodates Tight Layouts,
600-2750MHz
Mini-Circuits’ ZN2PD-272SMP+ is a
2-Way 0° splitter/combiner covering
the 600 to 2750MHz band with 0.4dB
insertion loss, 22dB isolation, 0.1dB
amplitude unbalance and 1° phase
unbalance. It can handle up to 10W
RF input power as a splitter and is
capable of passing up to 600 mA DC
current (300mAeach port). The splitter
comes in an ultra-thin aluminum alloy
case measuring 1.80x3.28x0.30” with
blind mate SMP snap-on connectors,
saving space and allowing easy
connection with adjacent modules in
tight system layouts.

Mini-Circuits’ ZN4PD-33SMP+ is a
4-Way 0° splitter/combiner covering
the 500 to 3000MHz band. with 0.9dB
insertion loss, 22dB isolation, 0.2dB
amplitude unbalance and 3° phase
unbalance. It can handle up to 10W
RF input power as a splitter and is
capable of passing up to 1.0A DC
current (250mAeach port). The splitter
comes in an ultra-thin aluminum alloy
case measuring 3.10x3.28x0.30” with
blind mate SMP snap-on connectors,
saving space and allowing easy
connection with adjacent modules in
tight system layouts.

Bandpass Cavity Filter Covers
X-Band Applications from
11200 to 11400 MHz
Mini-Circuits’ ZVBP-11G3+ is a
connectorized bandpass filter with
a narrow passband from 11200
to 11400MHz, supporting X-Band
applications including satellite and
radar. Utilizing cavity filter technology,
this model provides 2.0dB passband
insertion loss, very high upper/
lower stopband rejection of 48dB,
and 10W power handling. It has
excellent selectivity with 46dB roll-
off in 2% bandwidth in the upper and
lower transition. The filter comes
housed in a rugged, aluminum alloy
case (4.47x1.16x0.75”) with SMA-F
connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ new MDB-24H+ ultra-
wideband double-balanced MMIC
frequency mixer provides an RF
and LO frequency range from 5 to
21.5GHz and an IF frequency range
from DC to 5GHz. Ultra-wideband
coverage in a single device makes this
mixer suitable for wideband systems
such as defense communications
and radar, as well as a wide variety
of narrowband applications from WiFi
through Ku band and more!
The mixer operates on +15dBm LO
power and provides low conversion
loss (6.9 to 10.3dB), 44dB L-I isolation,
28dB L-R isolation, and +21dBm
IP3. Fabricated using InGaP HBT
technology, the MDB-24H+ integrates
LO and RF baluns and comes housed
in a tiny 4x4mm 24-pad MCLP™
package with low inductance,
repeatable transitions, and excellent
thermal contact to the PCB. This
model is also footprint compatible with
Hittite model HMC144LC4, making it
suitable for use as a replacement part
in legacy systems.
