Mini-Circuits’ 75Ω MMIC
Amplifier Supports DOCSIS®
3.1 Bandwidth Requirements
Mini-Circuits’ PGA-122-75+ is a 75Ω
MMIC amplifier with a frequency
range from 40 to 1500 MHz,
supporting bandwidth requirements
for a wide range of CATV
applications including DOCSIS 3.1
systems and equipment. Fabricated
using E-PHEMT technology, this
model provides 15.5dB gain with
±0.1dB gain flatness, +43dBm IP3,
+54dBm IP2, 21dB reverse isolation
and 2.9dB noise figure. It operates
on a single 9.0V supply and comes
housed in a tiny SOT-89 package.
An application circuit has been
developed to extend the amplifiers
performance for CATV upstream
applications in the 5 to 200MHz
band.

Coupler Achieves 0.4dB
Mainline Loss and 4W Power
Handling from 700 to
3500MHz
Mini-Circuits’ D19GA+ is a MMIC
directional coupler supporting
applications from 1400 to 1700MHz.
This model provides 20.7dB
nominal coupling with 4W RF
input power handling and 0.3dB
mainline loss, making it suitable
for sampling outputs of power
amplifiers, transmitters and other
high power circuits. It provides
17dB directivity, enabling accurate
sampling of the thru-signal with
minimal
measurement
error.
Manufactured using silicon IPD
technology, the D19GA+ features
a built-in 50Ω termination on the
isolated port and provides excellent
ESD protection (Class 1B HBM).
The coupler has an operating
temperature range from -40 to
+105˚C making, allowing it to be
used near high power componentry
with reliable performance. It comes
housed in a tiny 6-lead package
(3.1x3.0x1.6mm), saving space in
tight PCB layouts.

Flexible Test Cables, DC to
18GHz
Mini-Circuits’
ULC-1M-SMSM+
ultra-flexible test cable provides
low insertion loss 0.8 to 2.8dB) and
25dB typical return loss for a wide
range of test applications from DC to
18GHz. These cables are specially
designed for stability of phase and
amplitude versus flexure in bend
radii as tight as 2 inches (2.0”
minimum dynamic bend radius,
0.7” minimum static bend radius),
making them ideal for demanding
lab environments where frequent
bending is common. Featuring
rugged,
triple-shielded
cable
construction with a unique molded
boot, they give you the advantage of
flexibility with outstanding reliability
and durability for a long life of use.
This model is 1M (8.28 ft.) in length
and features stainless steel SMA-
male connectors.
