with a wide frequency range from
0.05 to 6GHz. This model provides
a unique combination of low noise
(0.8dB) and high IP3 (+36dBm)
making it ideal for sensitive receiver
applications. It delivers 20dB typical
gain, +20 dBm P1dB making it
useful for remote applications such
as LNBs as the L-Band driver stage.
The amplifier operates on a single
3V supply and comes housed in a
tiny 3x3mm MCLP package with low
inductance, repeatable transitions
and excellent thermal contact to the
PCB.
