No. 17. Champagne Cup (2)
Put 2 or 3 lumps of Ice in a large
jug and add I liqueurglass of Brandy, I
liqueurglass of Maraschino, I liqueur-
glass of Curacao,I bottle of Champagne,
2 bottles of Tansan. Stir well, decorate
with Fruit in season, and add 2 sprigs of
fresh Mint and a slice of Cucumber peel.

No. 18. Champagne Punch
2 tablespoonfuls Gomme Syrup,
Tablespoonful of Angostura Bitters,
3 Oranges, sliced, 3 Lemons,sliced,
1 Pineapple, sliced and quartered,
2 bottles Champagne,2 bottles Tansan.
Stir gently, add large lump of ice,
and serve in glass cups.
