Shake in fine ice and strain into a claret glass.

Take two lemonade glasses, into one of which
put a barspoonful of bromo seltzer or bromo
soda, as preferred. Dill the other glass half
full of water. Pour the water into the bromo,
and pour from one glass to the other until
thoroughly mixed. Drink at once.

dashes of grenadine syrup.

2 lumps sugar.
2 dashes Angostura bitters.
1 jigger apple brandy.
Twist lemon peel on top. Add little hot water;
light with match and serve.
