A.
Purpose
In accordance with the Comprehensive Plan, the Very Low Density Residential District
accommodates neighborhoods of single-family detached dwellings with a net density of no
more than 1.0 dwelling unit per acre. It is also intended to accommodate the protection
and preservation of agricultural lands for the performance of agricultural functions, and to
apply to areas not currently suitable for more urban levels of development.
