A.
Purpose
In accordance with the Comprehensive Plan, the Low Density Residential District
accommodates neighborhoods of single-family detached dwellings with a net density
between 1.0 and 4.5 dwelling units per acre. It is intended to discourage any use that
would substantially interfere with the development of single-family detached dwellings or
would be detrimental to the quiet residential nature of existing single-family detached
neighborhoods.
