Dean Cocktail.
Fill the bar glass halffull of broken ice and add:
2 dashes of Angostura bitter
4 dashes of Maraschino
4 dashes of Portwine
1/2 glass Italian Vermouth
1/2 glass of Whisky.
Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Doctor's Cocktail.
Fill the shaker half full of broken ice and add:
2/3 of a glass of Swedish Punsch
1 dash of Angostura bitter
1/3 of lemon juice.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

East India Cocktail.
Fill a large bar glass half full of broken
ice and add:
2 dashes of Angostura bitter
2 dashes of Curacao
2 dashes of Maraschino or pineapple juice
2/3 of a glass of Brandy.
Stir up and strain into a cocktail glass.

Ebba Cocktail.
Fill the shaker half full of broken ice and add:
1/3 Cointreau
1/3 Dry Gin
1/3 of lemon juice
2 dashes of Absinthe.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
