Fill the shaker half full of broken ice and add:
A teaspoonful of sugar syrup
The juice of one lemon
1 glass of Dry Gin.
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up
with cold soda water. Serve and drink imme

Put a few lumps of ice in a tumbler, cut a
good size lime in half and drop it into the glass,
add one glass of Dry Gin, fill up with cold
soda water and serve with a spoon.

yolk of an egg has been added.

One dessert spoon of sugar
The white of a fresh egg
3 dashes of Brown Curacao
3 dashes of Maraschino
Halt a glass of Dry Gin
Half a glass of Malaga Wine.
Shake well and strain into a tumbler. Fill up
with cold soda water.
