The CBIZ team has been implementing wellbeing programs for over 20 years and has developed tools and resources

to assist Unity in continuing to evolve their program. Tools designed to fully engage employees in the management

of their own health are at the heart of the CBIZ approach.

Our approach expands beyond physical wellness to a more holistic wellbeing

strategy which includes social, physical, financial, career and community

health.

Our investment in and commitment to wellness has expanded dramatically

over the years. Additionally, we stay on the leading edge of innovations into

wellness, especially engagement, behavioral economics of change, technology

developments and the most effective programs (carrier or third party vendor

provided) that improve health.

Ensuring Unity’s investment in wellness is measureable and recognized by their

vendor partners is critical. We can ensure Unity’s investment is understood by

carriers and stakeholders in a variety of ways. First, our data analytics tool,

NavMD, has the ability accept biometric, health risk assessment and full claims data from your medical carrier. By

having all of this information in one place we can provide Unity with an independent analysis of the impact these

programs have, as well as a total cost comparison for employees who elect to participate compared to those who do

not. This will assist Unity with setting incentive and wellness program parameters in future years. Second, CBIZ

strongly suggests the use of one of our independent wellness vendors that have been pre-vetted. These are

nationally recognized with proven success, allowing Unity to benefit from leveraging our purchasing power while

maintaining the ability to select the vendor they feel best meets their needs. CBIZ will provide the analysis and the

portal selected by Unity as part of our standard scope of services. We will use the information we gather during

employee focus groups to determine which portal option will best meet Unity’s needs.
