5.3 The drawingof standard curve
Run fructoseworking standard solution from lower to higher concentration, record the
corresponding response values (peak area) and draw the standard curve using the concentration
of fructose inworking standard solution as the abscissa and the response value (peak area) as the
ordinate. The datawere analyzed by linear regression. Standard solution chromatogram is shown
in appendixB.
5.4 Determination of the sample solution
Run the sample solution and record the chromatogram. Qualitatively analyze the solution
using retention time, record the peak area, and calculate the content of fructose in sample
solution based on standard curve, the number of parallel determinations should be no less than
twice.
