Use Mixing Glass.
©NE tablespoonful sugar; three or four
dashes lemon juice; one wine glass
Tom gin; white of one egg. Fill glass
with ice, shake well, strain into fizz glass,
and fill with siphon.
St. Croix R«ni Sour.
