NE tablespoonful powdered sugar
dissolved in a little water. Fill glass
with shaved ice.
Fill with sherry ; shake
well. Ornament with fruits and serve with "
straws.

Use Mixing Glass.
©NE teaspoonful powdered sugar; one
wine glass sherry wine; one fresh
egg. Fillglass half full shaved ice. Shake
well; strain into star champagne glass and
grate a little nutmeg on top.
