wine glass port wine; one fresh egg.
Fill glass half full of shaved ice. Shake
well, strain into star champagne glass, and
grate a little nutmeg on top.
Port Wine Sangaree.
Use Mixing Glass.
NE teaspoonful sugar dissolved in a
little water; one wine glass port
wine; five or six lumps of ice. Stir with
spoon. Strain into a star champagne glass,
and grate a little nutmeg on top.
