©NE-HALF tablespoonful sugar; three
or four dashes lemon juice ; one wine
glass Tom gin. Fill glass with ice; shake ;
strain into fizz glass, and fill up with soda.
Gin Rickey.
Use Medium-sized Tumbler.
UlCE one lime; leave half of the
O pressed lime in glass ; one lump ice;
one wine glass Tom gin. Fill with siphon.
Golden Fizz.
Use Mixing Glass.
