COPIER Bevelmachines manufactures and engineers
stationary bevel, cutting and sawing machines for pipes, for
diameters from 0.5" to 56".
The company’s range of equipment includes stationary pipe
bevel machines (0.5" to 56"); mobile pipe bevel machines
for pipelines (16" to 48"); stationary pipe cutting and bevel
machines (CNC controlled); orbital pipe cutting machines (5"
to 24"). The company also offers production lines for pipe
finishing.
Copier offers custom-made solutions for bevelling of pipes
and for complete production lines focussing on end finishing
of pipes.
The company has been building its stationary pipe bevel
machines since 1997. The rollers of this inside diameter
tracker follow the inner pipe, and the system keeps track of
out-of-round pipes. The ID tracker tool head is required to
create a J-bevel.
The machine can be used in the field for construction of
pipelines. With a hydropack themachine can work hydraulically
on 16-32" or 30-48" pipes.
