DELUXE ONLINE BANKING

USER GUIDE

Authorized users with the Manage Users right can make changes to existing

users at any time. This is especially beneficial if someone’s job title changes,

and their approval limits and responsibilities need to be adjusted.

Editing a User

In the

Administration

tab, click

Manage Users

.

1.

Find the user you want to edit and click the icon.

2.

View the

User’s Contact Information

.

3.

View their

Login Name

,

Channel

,

Status

and

Last Login

.

4.

(Optional)

Activate

or

Deactivate

a user by clicking the button under the

User’s Status.

5.

(Optional) Using the “

User Role

” drop-down, select a different user role.

Click the

Update Role

button when you are finished.
