• ACH
: Enter an ACH Header and ACH Tax ID.
• ACH & Wire
: Enter an ACH Header, ACH Tax ID, Wire Header,
related company’s street address, city, state and postal code.
• Wire
: Enter Wire Header, related company’s street address, city,
state and postal code.
