to 26.5GHz. A simple modification to
the ground plane enables excellent
performance all the way up to 40GHz,
supporting requirements applications
in the millimeter wave region such
as 5G systems (see application note
AN-70-019 on our website). This
model provides RF power handling
up to 2W, and unpackaged die
form enables users to integrate the
attenuator directly into hybrids where
small size and light weight are critical.
The die contains through-wafer
Cu metallization vias to realize low
thermal resistance and very wideband
operation. YAT attenuator dice are
available from stock with nominal
attenuation values from 0 to 10dB (in
1dB steps), and 12, 15, 20, and 30dB.

Matching Pad Provides Low
VSWR from DC to 2500 MHz
Mini-Circuits’ Z7550R-FMSF+ is a
coaxial 50/75Ω resistive matching
pad covering the DC to 2500MHz
frequency
range,
supporting
impedance matching in a wide range
of systems including CATV, broadband
networks, and more. This model
provides excellent matching VSWR of
1.2:1, making it ideal for impedance
matching in systems where minimizing
mismatch and signal reflections is
a priority. It handles RF input power
up to 0.25W and comes housed in a
rugged, compact aluminum alloy case
(1.25x1.25x0.75”) with SMA-F (50Ω) to
F-Type-M (75Ω) connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ HFCN-1600D+ is a
ceramic, surface mount high pass
filter made with LTCC multilayer
construction, providing very small
size (1206), high reliability for tough
operating environments, and thermal
stability from -55 to +100°C. This model
has a passband from 1650 to 5000MHz
with 1.3dB passband insertion loss and
20dB stopband rejection (@1290MHz).
The filter is capable of handling up to
7W RF input power, making it a suitable
for applications with a wide range of
power requirements.

Surface Mount Double
Balanced FET-based Mixer, 40
to 250MHz
Mini-Circuits’ HJK-151MH+ is a
surface mount, level 13 FET-based
frequency mixer with an RF frequency
range from 100 to 150MHz, LO
frequency range from 130 to 180MHz,
and IF frequency range from 10 to
100MHz. Its double-balanced FET
configuration achieves an outstanding
combination of low conversion
loss, low noise figure and high IP3
performance without the need for a
DC bias current, ideal for sensitive
receiver applications including base
amateur radio, mobile radio, non-
geostationary mobile and more. This
model achieves 6.8dB conversion
loss, +16dBm P1dB compression,
+30dBm IP3, 55dB L-R isolation and
50dB L-I isolation. The mixer comes
