Mini-Circuits’ AVA-24A-D+ is an ultra-
wideband microwave MMIC amplifier
die covering applications from 5 to
22GHz including military EW, radar,
DBS, satellite systems and more.
This model integrates the entire
matching network and the majority of
the bias circuit, minimizing the need
for complicated external circuits.
It provides 13dB gain with ±1.3dB
flatness, +19.4dBm P1dB, IP3 up to
+32dBm and 37 dB reverse isolation.
AVA-24A-D+ MMIC amplifier dice
may be ordered from stock in gel-
paks (-DG+ model number suffix) of
10, 50 or 100 known good dice (KGD).
Partial wafers (<5000 KGD, -DP+
model number suffix) and full wafers
(-DF+ model number suffix) are
available by request from authorized
