MIXER'S GUIDE
WHISKY CRUSTA
Use champagne glass.
Peel y2 lemon in 1 piece. Dip in fine sugai and place so as to
cover inside of glass. Put a small quantity of cracked ice in bottom
of glass; then pour in:
One-half wine glass of whisky.
Three dashes of lemon juice.
One teaspoonful of sugar.
Three dashes of bitters.
Stir with spoon and serve.
WHISKY DAISY
Use small bar glass.
One-half full of shaved ice.
Three dashes of gum syrup.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Three dashes of Curacoa.
Three dashes of orange cordial.
One wine glass of whisky.
Shake well; strain into cocktail glass; fill up with seltzer and
serve.
COCKTAIL, WIDOW'S DREAM
Put one-half wine glass of Benedictine into cocktail glass; break a
fresh, ice-cold egg into it. Fill up with milk and cream.
WIDOW'S DREAM
One-third London Dry Gin.
One-third French Vermouth.
One-sixth Apricot (flavor or juice).
One-sixth Orange (flavor or juice).
WONDER COCKTAIL
40 per cent Italian Vermouth.
60 per cent Dty Gin. Use jigger measure.
One piece of pineapple.
Frappe.
