YALE COCKTAIL
One dash orange biners.
One dash Absinthe.
One jigger Gin.
One lemon peel.
Shake -well.
COCKTAIL, ZAZA
Fill large bar glass one-third full fine ice; three-fouths jigger dry
gin; three fourths jigger orange bitters. Stir; strain into cocktail
glass; serve with piece of orange peel on top.

Cobblers
BRANDY COBBLER
One-half teaspoonful of powdered sugar.
One and one-half ounces of distilled water.
One and one-half ounces of brandy.
Fill up with shaved ice. Spoon well, decorated with sliced orange
sprig of^ mint and cherry.
BRANDY COBBLER
Use large bar glass.—Dissolve teaspoonful of sugar in a little
water. One wine glass of brandy. Fill with cracked ice. Shake
well; ornament with fruit and serve with straws.
CATAWBA COBBLER
One teaspoon of sugar, two wine glasses of Catawba wine. Fill
glass with fine ice.
Dress with fruits in season and serve with straws.
