Teeth Whitening: affordable, safe,

fast, painless!

Until now the choices for cosmetic teeth

whitening have been: pay lots of money to

a dentist or buy a retail product that you

take home which hurts and/or doesn’t work

very well. SmileLABS gives you whiter teeth

immediately without hurting your hip pocket

or your teeth!

Ourrevolutionarycombinationofpatentedgel

and LED lights gives your teeth the whiteness

your smile deserves! It’s fast, painless and

less than a third of what the dentists charge

for the same result. Our product and system

is non-invasive, non-burning, it leaves

no after-taste; importantly whilst giving great

whitening results it does not damage the

enamel, the dentine or the teeth at all.

Instead

of

teeth

whitening

costing

between $500 and

$1500 at the dentist,

we have a premium

affordable

whitening

system

that

is

incredibly inexpensive

as we charge $99 for

a Single (15 minute)

session and $149 for

a Double (30 minute)

session. A Triple (45

minute) session is $199

and a Quad (1 hour)

session is $249. The

results are spectacular

and our clients leave

very happy.

Don’t spend thousands at the dentist for the

brighter whiter smile you’ve always wanted.

Experience the revolution that is already

changing smiles today at SmileLABS Terrigal.

Y

our general health...Being healthy isn’t

a matter of luck. We all need to take

responsibility by following healthy

habits (diet, exercise, weight, sun safety,

alcohol, smoking and managing stress),

having the recommended routine checks and

seeking medical advice when our bodies tell

us something is not right.

Your feet...

Wear a decent pair of trainers

rather than slippers if you have foot problems.

Slippers encourage you to shuffle rather

than letting the joints work as they should,

and increase the risk of slips or falls. Plus,

comfortable running shoes will support the

arch.

Your digestion...

Never eat after 8pm

(unless you are out to dinner). Eating at night

substantially increases your risk of acid

reflux. As well as being uncomfortable in the

short term, it’s associated with oesophageal

cancer. Ideally, eat your evening meal at least

four hours before lying down.

Menopause...

Stress makes menopause

symptoms worse. Many women can feel a hot

flush coming over them as soon as they feel

anxious. Certain nutrients can help reduce

stress - particularly vitamin B, magnesium,

Siberian ginseng.

Your joints...

Keep moving. Hurt doesn’t

necessarily mean harm. People with joint pain

often think that rest is best to avoid wearing

out their joints. Joints need to be moved, and

movement helps to keep the muscles around

the joint strong and flexible which means less

pain in the long term.

Alcohol Consumption...

Don’t drink every

night. Even small amounts of alcohol can

increase your risk of developing breast cancer

and both men and women are at risk, the more

you drink, the greater your risk. Around 3,000

cases of breast cancer each year are linked

to alcohol. Keep in mind the recommended

2 units per day is just one standard glass of

wine!

Your bones...

Walk every day for 30 minutes,

particularly if you have a sedentary lifestyle

or sit at a desk all day. This not only provides

weight-bearing exercise but it’s also a chance

to top up levels of essential vitamin D from

sunlight. Both are great for bone strength and

helps relieve stress.

Your heart...

Eating more anti-inflammatory

omega-3 fats found in fish, grass fed beef

and free range eggs. Avoid vegetable oils

containing polyunsaturated fatty acids and

high sugar and highly refined carbohydrate

foods.
