Secretary ofFinance, betterknown as "the manwith the

money", Danhas the difficultjob of budgeting andoversee­

ing all A.S.B. financial transactions as well as fending off

heated demands and accusations from A.S.B. officers and

affiliates interestedin maintaining their budgets. Dan'sjob

includes handling everything from contracts to petty cash.

He also serves as a financial advisor to all A.S.B. related

organizations: Program Board, Senate, and I.C.C. Dan's a

great guy but his opinion is vulnerable to budget cuts.

David Goddard senior, joined the Executive

Board forspring semester as A.S. controller, a

newly created position this year. David de­

scribes hisposition in the

A.S.as

the onewho

advises the Secretary of Finance about how

much to spend of the A.S.B. monies. Laughing­

ly, he sees his position as a "glorified book­

keeper." As an Accounting-Economics double

major and dedicated student, David is highly

qualified for the position and the long hours

that come with the job. David is a five-year

senior and will finish his Economics degree

next year. After that? Well it's off to law

school. However, David's current goal is to

leave the A.S. in good financial condition.
