ideas: dECK THE HALLS
You need
➨ 100mm x 100mm square
pieces of cardboard or
balsa wood
➨ A pencil
➨ Something fine, sharp and
pointy to pierce holes in
the cardboard or wood
➨ Thick red or white thread,
cord or ribbon
➨ Double-sided tape or glue
Method
1 Mark the points of a star on
your cardboard with pencil,
then pierce large holes
through each point.
2 Thread cord through holes
to form your star (pay no
attention to what shape is
forming on the back).
3 Cut cord and secure to the
back of the cardboard with tape.
4 Place another square piece of
cardboard over the back and
adhere with double-sided tape
or glue.
5 Pierce one large hole at the
top for the tag loop. Thread
through one long piece of
cord and tie in a knot.
