Ginger Lemonade.

minutes i n ten gallons of water; clea r it with the " ·hites of
six eggs. Bruise hal f a pound vf comnwn gingc1-, boil with
tho liquor , and t hen po111· i t upon tull l emons pared. Whcll
quite cold, put it in a cask with two tabl espoo nfuls ofyenst,
t he l emons sliced, and hai r an ounce of isinglass. Bung up
the eusk the next day: it will be rcndy in t wo week s.
