90. Cordial, Raspberry.
12 lbs. of raspberries; boil the juice with 6% gallons
of white plain syrup; add 3 gallons of alcohol 95 per
cent. Filter.
91. Cordial Red Water.
I ounce of cloves,
j do. cinnamon.
I do. Jamaica pepper.
I do. nutmegs; all ground to a coarse powder.
Macerate for S days in 3 gallons of alcohol, 95 per
cent; add 7 gallons of white plain syrup. Color red
with cochineal. Filter.
92. Cordial, Rose.
'40 drops of oil of roses.
do. tincture of musk,
do. oil of orange.
