tion Italian vermouth; three dashes
acid phosphate. Fill with ice, shake well,
and strain into a cocktail glass.

Use Mixing Glass.
*^^0 dashes orange bitters; one-third
sherry wine; two-thirds Calisaya. Fill
with ice, stir well, and strain into a cock
tail glass.
Champagfne Cocktail.
Use Long, Thin Glass.
®NElump cut loaf sugar,saturated with
Boker's bitters; one lump ice; one
piece lemon peel. Fill glass with cold
champagne, stir with spoon, and serve.
