AME as Champagne Cup, using claret
in the place of champagne.
Claret Punch.
Use Large Glass.
®NEtablespoonful powdered sugar; two
dashes lemon juice. Fill glass with
shaved ice. Fill with claret. Shake well.
Ornament with fruit, serve with straws.
Egg Nog.
Use Mixing Glass.
■^HREF-QUARTERS tablespoon
sugar; one wine glass whiskey or
brandy; one-half glass shaved ice; one
fresh egg. Fill glass with fresh milk.
Shake well, strain into a large glass, and
grate over it a little nutmeg.
