COCKTAILS

Note.—In the absence of special instructions, shake

weU with plenty ofice, add cherry to sweet, and ohve

to dry cocktails. All cocktails should be served as cold

as possible. A cloth wrapped around the shaker

prevents leakage and may save the loss of a finger or
