8. Does your firm have experience with marketing, comparing and implementing Health Reimbursement
Accounts and Health Savings Accounts? Provide just a few brief pointed details on your experience with
these programs.
We have presented numerous programs and services to our clients, including, but not limited to, High Deductible
Health Plans associated with a Health Savings Account, and/or Health Reimbursement Account, transparency
programs, benefit administration and online enrollment tools, on-site clinics, self-funded captive arrangements and
a variety of wellness programs.
9. Confirm that your firm will have time to finalize negotiations, including make all renewal presentations,
options, etc. to the District prior to their May 22 board meeting regarding the “renewal” of the current
benefit programs if appointed as broker of record on March 28, 2018.
