Mini-Circuits’MMICDirectional

Coupler Covers 4 to 20GHz

Mini-Circuits’ EDC21-24-D+ is a

MMIC directional coupler die with

a 21dB coupling ratio and a wide

operating frequency range from

4 to 20GHz. This model provides

±2dB coupling flatness across

its full frequency range, 0.7dB

mainline loss, 18dB typical return

loss, 19dB directivity, and +15dBm

RF input power handling (5 minute

max.). Manufactured using GaAs

MMIC technology, the coupler

achieves outstanding repeatability of

performance, making it suitable for

volume production. EDC21-24-D+

MMIC directional coupler dice are

available in small-quantity gel paks

of 5, 10 and 50 KGD as well as

partial and full production wafers.

Mini-Circuits’ Tiny MMIC Gain

Slope Equalizers Flatten DC-6GHz

Mini-Circuits’ EQY-3-63+ is an

absorptive MMIC gain equalizer

with a negative 3.2dB slope versus

frequency from DC to 6GHz.

This device is useful for flattening

negative gain slope in amplifiers,

receivers and transmitters in a wide

range of applications from wireless

communications to broadband/

optical, satellite, defense and

more. This model is capable of

handling up to +31dBm RF input

power and provides 20dB typical

return loss across its full bandwidth.

Fabricated using highly repetitive

GaAs IPD technology, this equalizer

provides outstanding repeatability of

performance, making it suitable for

volume production. It comes housed

in a 2x2mm 8-lead QFN package,

saving board space and minimizing

the effect of parasitics. EQY-series

MMIC gain slope equalizers are

available with nominal attenuation

slopes from 1 to 10dB in 1dB steps

to meet your needs.

Mini-Circuits’Coaxial Bandpass

Filter Passes 400 to 510MHz

Mini-Circuits’ ZABP-450+ is a coaxial

bandpass filter with a passband from

400 to 510MHz. This model provides

RF input power handling up to 0.5W,

1.0dB typical passband insertion

loss, 1.25:1 passband VSWR,

30dB lower stopband rejection

(at 310MHz), and 35dB upper

stop band rejection (at 700MHz).

Fabricated with high-Q capacitors

and wire-welded inductors, the filter

gives users outstanding reliability

with repeatable performance across

lots and excellent thermal stability

from -40 to +85°C. The unit comes

housed in a rugged, aluminum alloy

case (2.3x2.25x0.75”) with SMA

male to SMA female connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ Tiny Ceramic

1:2 Balun Covers 3300 to 3900MHz

Mini-Circuits’ TCW2-392+ is a

wideband LTCC balun transformer with

an impedance ratio of 1:2 covering a

wide range of applications from 3300

to 3900MHz. This model is designed

for applications where conversion of a

single-ended 50Ω line into a balanced

100Ω line is needed. Fabricated using

Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic

(LTCC) technology, this model provides

outstanding repeatability from lot to lot,

and high reliability for harsh operating

environments.

The

transformer

achieves 0.8dB insertion loss, 0.5dB

amplitude unbalance, 5° phase

unbalance, and RF power handling up

to 2W. The unit comes housed in a tiny,

0603 ceramic package with wraparound

terminations for good solderability.
