oscillator
provides
a signal source for a variety of
applications from 1400 to 2800MHz
including instrumentation, CATV and
more. This model provides +3.5dBm
output power with low phase noise
of -91dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset, low
pushing of 6MHz, and low pulling of
4MHz. It has a tuning voltage range
from 0.5 to 25V, tuning sensitivity of
42-107MHz/V, and 3dB modulation
bandwidth of 10MHz. The VCO
comes housed in a miniature,
shielded package (0.5x0.5x0.18”)
making it an excellent candidate for
dense PCB designs.

precision fixed attenuators expands
the coverage of our popular coaxial
precision attenuator family up
to 65GHz, supporting millimeter
wave applications including 5G
test systems, Ka-band SatCom
and more! The BW-E3-1W653+
provides 20dB attenuation to within
±1.5dB accuracy, RF input power
handling up to 1W, and good VSWR
of 1.35:1 at 26.5GHz and 1.65:1
at 65GHz. Measuring just 0.88”(l)
x0.31”(dia.), the attenuator features
rugged, passivated stainless steel
construction with 2.4mm male to
2.4mm female connectors.

MMIC precision fixed attenuators
extends coverage to a wide array
of applications from DC to 40GHz
including 5G systems, microwave
communications, satellite, defense
and aerospace, and more. These
fixed-value, absorptive attenuators
are fabricated through highly
repetitive MMIC processing with thin-
film resistors on GaAs substrates and
achieve ultra-wideband performance.
Model KAT-3+ provides 3dB nominal
attenuation with ±0.1dB flatness, 2W
RF power handling, and 1.19:1 typical
VSWR. KAT-series attenuators are
housed in tiny 2x2mm QFN packages
giving users the capability to utilize
pick and place assembly for high
frequency applications.

Mini-Circuits’ LHA-23LN+ ultra-high
dynamic range MMIC amplifier sets the
new industry standard for noise figure
and IP3 in VHF/UHF communications.
This model is well matched to 50Ω from
30MHz to 2GHz and provides 1.2dB
noise figure, +36.9dBm IP3, making
it ideal for maximizing sensitivity and
dynamic range in high-performance
receiver applications. It delivers
21.2dB typical gain with ±2.4dB
flatness, +23.8dBm output power at
1dB compression. The amplifier is
fabricated using E-PHEMT technology
with excellent repeatability. It operates
on a single 3-5V supply, and comes
housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN package
with excellent thermal performance,
allowing reliable performance over
operating temperatures from -40 to
+95°C.
