1 Grenadine

Ice.-30 Shakes. Strain and serve.

. Use a tall glass and pour very gently; do not

stir.

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Champagne, 1 Glass

Sugar, 1 Lump

Angostura Bitters, Saturate

sugar

Pour Champagne over saturated sugar, add

ice cube, slice of orange and a lemon twist, and

serve.

CREME DE MENTHE

Pack a cocktail glass with cracked ice; fill

the glass with Creme de Menthe and serve.

CREME DE MENTHE FRAPPE

Put the above drink into a shaker, fill the

shaker with ice, shake until the frost forms on

the outside of the shaker, then serve.
