Some accounting systems also produce files using the Fixed Record
structure. Your Cash Management Services team will assist you during
training to set up the fields prior to sending a test file through Business
Online Banking. This step is done one time during the training process.
You may change your setting if you decide to change accounting
systems. You should work with your Cash Management Services
team when you change systems as it is a best practice to send a
test file using your new configurations.
