Approval Requirements (Approval Reqs)
Byline allows our customers to customize their level of security based on
their structure. The Customer Administrator can select to have multiple
employees required to approve exceptions, approve Imported Files,
approve Manual Issues and Review Reverse Positive Pay.
Tip:
Many companies will require dual approval. Byline’s Positive Pay
services create an audit trail and when combined with dual approval,
internal fraud can be almost eliminated.
Choose account and change approval requirements. Select number of
approvers (0, 1, 2) for exceptions, imported issues, and manual issues.
