Reverse Positive Pay

Reverse Positive Pay presents all checks to the business each day by

9:15 A.M. Each check is considered an exception item and is presented

in the Exception Report. The business then reviews each item and

internally compares the checks to their check register. Should the

business notice any items that are not approved, they simply make the

decision to return and submit. The review must take place every day and

completed by 12:00 P.M. CT.

Unlike Payee Positive Pay and Positive Pay, the business must check

each clearing item every business day for this product to be effective.

Any items not returned by 12:00 P.M. CT will be paid.
