Adding a Secondary User

from the navigation bar.

Add User

from the drop-down menu.

Fill in the required information.

• The User ID is a very specific combination of the Customer ID and

User ID including upper case and lower case as created within your

Business Online Banking access.

• You will need to choose from the following role options:

o

Approver:

full access and capabilities including ability to scan

deposits, approve deposits, and conduct user administration.

o

Balancer:

same access as approver, without the ability to add,

maintain and deactivate secondary users.

o

ReviewOnly:

No scanning or administrative capabilities.

Deposit review only.

o

NEW Scan Only:

Ability to scan but not approve deposits.
