Derived from the martial arts, tai

chi is composed of slow, deliber-

ate movements, meditation, and

deep breathing, which enhance

physical health and emotional

well-being. Tai chi improves over-

all fitness, coordination, and agili-

ty. People who practice tai chi on a

regular basis tend to have good

posture, flexibility, and range of

motion, are more mentally alert,

and sleep more soundly.

Join in and have fun playing this

exciting paddle game! Like a mini

tennis game, Pickleball is played

by 2 or 4 people on a badmin-

ton-sized court using wooden

paddle racquets and a plastic style

baseball. Equipment will be pro-
