Centennial Lakes Office Park in Edina, Minnesota, took home the top honor of an International TOBY Award
in the Suburban Office Park (Mid-Rise) category. The five-building, 850,000-square-foot (sf) office park is
managed by Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq.

Centennial Lakes, which Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq has managed since its construction in the late
1990s, is managed by a team comprised of Ellen Morton, Katie Trevena, Monique Brodersen, Cindy Taatjes,
and Bill Zimmerman. Justin Webber, Tom Olberding, Steve Page, John Thurston, Tim Hollen, Joe Perez, and
Bruce Schuette oversee engineering and Bob Revoir and Dan Wicker oversee leasing.
