REGIONAL WINNERS
Castleton Park in Indianapolis, Indiana, won BOMA’s North Central Region TOBY Award in the Suburban
Office Park (Low-Rise) category. Spanning 120 acres, Castleton Park is the third largest office park in
suburban Indianapolis with 1.1-million-square-feet (msf) of office space. Cushman & Wakefield currently
manages 912,000 sf of the space.
“Castleton Park has won the North Central Region TOBY Award for Suburban Office Park (Low-Rise) four
years in a row,” said Kris Moore, Senior Vice President. “Our team’s dedication to providing an exceptional
management experience has not gone unnoticed, and I am very proud of our accomplishments.”
The management team includes Kris Moore, Viki Hamblen, Jessica Saylor, Lexi Bowman, and Christy Short.
Maurice Parke, Duane Fogleman, Steve Bridges, Randy Quinnette, Kyle Hatcher, and Walter Freese oversee
engineering at the property.
