St. Croix Rum Sour.
Use Mixing Glass.

tablespoonful sugar; two or three
li«/ dashes lemon juice; one squirt of
seltzer. Dissolve well. One wine glass St.
Croix rum. Fill glass with ice, stir well,
and strain into sour glass. Ornament with
fruit.
