Royal Fizz.
Use Mixing Glass.
©NE tablespoonful fine sugar; three or
four dashes lemon juice; one wine
glass Tom gin; one egg. Fill glass with ice,
shake well, strain into fizz glass, and fiU
with siphon.
Royal PIttsh.
Use Glass Pitcher,
'^'WO or three large lumps ice; one pint
champagne; one pint of Burgundy.
Pour into glass pitcher and stir with spoon.
