Cables Pair with VNA

Equipment for Applications

from DC to 40GHz!

Mini-Circuits’ new VNAC-2R1-K+

instrumentation test cables are

specially designed to pair with Vector

Network Analyzer (VNA) equipment

for lab applications from DC to 40

GHz. These high performance test

cables feature a 2.92mm rugged

female connector at one end for

direct connection to VNA ports, and a

2.92mm male connector at the other

end for connection to the DUT. They

provide extremely low insertion loss

across the full operating frequency

range (0.79 dB from DC to 6 GHz, 2.25

dB from 26.5 to 40 GHz), 22 dB typical

return loss, and power handling up to

10W.

The cables feature extremely rugged

construction with a crush and torque

resistant, stainless steel outer sheath,

protecting the cable from damage in

demanding lab environments. They

come jacketed in a non-conductive

PET monofilament yarn cover for easy

handling, and they’re available in a

standard 25” VNA cable length.

Mini-Circuits’ Tiny LTCC

90° Hybrid, 220 to 470MHz

Mini-Circuits’ QCN-3+ is an ultra-

small ceramic surface-mount 90°

hybrid supporting applications from

220 to 470MHz including balanced

amplifiers, modulators and more. This

model provides 0.4dB insertion loss,

25dB isolation, 3° phase unbalance

and 0.7dB amplitude unbalance. It is

capable of handling RF input power

up to 15W and comes housed in a

1206 LTCC package with wraparound

terminations for excellent solderability.

It’s the perfect building block for

buffering circuits from reflective

elements, push-pull amplifiers, and

other cases where 90° phase offset is

needed.

Mount 2-Way 0˚ Splitter/

Combiner, 600 to 3000MHz

Mini-Circuits’ SEPS-2-33+ 2-way

0° surface mount power splitter/

combiner covers frequencies from

600 to 3000MHz, providing an ideal

solution for applications including

cellular, GPS, PCS, and more. This

model provides maximum input power

handling of 5W (as a splitter), good

output matching with 1.2 VSWR, 0.8dB

insertion loss, and 22dB isolation. The

splitter produces nearly equal output

signals with 1.0˚ phase unbalance

and 0.6dB amplitude unbalance.

Housed in a shielded case measuring

1.25x1.00x0.20”, the SEPS-2-33+

splitter/combiner is an excellent fit for

dense circuit board layouts.

Mini-Circuits’ Surface-Mount

Bi-Directional Coupler Provides

200W Power Handling from 225

to 450MHz

Mini-Circuits has expanded our

offering of surface-mount couplers

with a new series of stripline-based

models providing extremely high

power handling in a miniature, low-

profile printed laminate form factor.

New model MBDA-30-451HP is a bi-

directional coupler which achieves

200W combined DC and RF power

handling for applications from 225 to

450MHz including power amplifiers,

antenna feeds, military systems and

more. The coupler measures only

1.0x1.0x0.051” and provides 0.15dB

mainline loss, 30dB return loss, and

28dB directivity. The unit has a wide

operating temperature range from -55

up to +105°C, making it suitable for use

near high power componentry where

high temperature is common.
