Mini-Circuits’ Reflectionless
Low Pass Filter, DC to 6000MHz
Mini-Circuits’XLF-63+ isa reflectionless
low pass filter with a passband from
DC to 6000MHz and stopband from
9600 to 17800MHz. The filter provides
1.3dB passband insertion loss, 1.3:1
passband VSWR, 16dB stop band
rejection, and 1.5:1 stopband VSWR.
It can handle RF input power up to
2W in the passband and 0.5W in
the stopband. Fabricated using IPD
process technology on GaAs, the filter
comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN
package.
Mini-Circuits’ X-series of reflectionless
filters employs a novel filter topology
which absorbs and terminates
stopband signals internally rather than
reflecting them back to the source.
This new capability enables unique
applications for filter circuits beyond
those suited to traditional approaches.
Reflectionless filters eliminate
stopband signal reflections, allowing
them to be paired with sensitive
devices such as mixers and multipliers
without the need for extra components
like attenuators, significantly improving
system performance and saving board
space.

Bandpass Cavity Filter Covers
X-Band Applications from 9750
to 11250MHz
Mini-Circuits’ ZVBP-10R5G-S+ is a
connectorized bandpass filter with a
passband from 9750 to 11250MHz,
supporting X-Band satellite and
radar applications. Utilizing cavity
filter technology, this model provides
<0.5dB passband insertion loss,
1.3:1 passband VSWR, 51dB lower
stopband rejection, 45dB upper
stopband rejection, 16% selectivity,
and 1W power handling. The rugged
design includes a mechanical feature
which prevents accidental detuning
that might otherwise require costly
replacement or return to factory
for re-tuning. It comes housed in
a powder-coated aluminum alloy
case (1.65x0.79x0.75”) with SMA-F
connectors, providing excellent
protection against corrosion and
scratching.
