Double Balanced MMIC Mixer
Die, Level 15, 2200 to 7000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ MDB-73H-D+ is a
wideband double balanced level
15 MMIC Mixer die with an IF
bandwidth from DC to 1600MHz
and LO/RF bandwidth from 2200 to
7000MHz, supporting a wide range
of applications including satellite up
and down converters, radar, VSAT
and more. This model provides 9dB
conversion loss, 46dB L-I isolation,
35dB L-R Isolation, and good input/
output return lossover its full frequency
range without the need for external
matching components. Fabricated
using InGaP HBT technology, it has
repeatable performance from lot to lot
and very good thermal performance.

pass filter provides a pass band of DC
to 2690MHz, supporting applications
such as harmonic rejection, UHF/VHF
transmitters and receivers, lab use
and more. This model provides 0.8dB
pass band insertion loss, 20dB stop
band rejection, and RF input power
handling up to 3W. It comes housed
in a tiny 0603 ceramic package with
excellent thermal stability from -55 to
